Information we receive
We receive the information you share by email, telephone or through the form, when available. The form asks for your name, email and message. Company, telephone and service of interest are optional. Required fields are needed to submit and respond to your enquiry. Please send only information relevant to your project.
Hosting and email providers may record technical information, such as IP addresses, connection times and errors, for operation and security. The website does not profile visitors or make automated decisions with significant effects on you.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply, consider your project and discuss a quotation or meeting. When you request a contract on your own behalf, the basis is necessary pre-contractual steps under GDPR Article 6(1)(b). For general or business enquiries, the basis is our legitimate interest in handling professional communications under Article 6(1)(f).
Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or give consent for advertising.
Who handles it
Enquiries are addressed to the relevant NLV GLASS team. Hosting, technical support and email providers support the website and mailbox. When available, the form delivers messages to our email through Instatok, Cloudflare and Resend infrastructure.
These providers use international infrastructure, and Resend stores email data in the United States. Cloudflare and Resend’s published terms describe safeguards for transfers outside the EEA, such as Standard Contractual Clauses. You can request more information from us or read their terms:
How long it is kept
Enquiry retention is linked to the duration of the discussion, consideration of a quotation and any resulting engagement. Once communication is completed or definitively ends, only information needed for a specific legal obligation or for establishing, exercising or defending claims is retained, until that reason for retention expires.
Technical records and backups have separate retention cycles with the respective providers. You can request information or erasure using our contact details.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation.
Send your request to info@nlvglass.gr. We normally reply within one month. If a lawful extension is needed, we inform you within the first month. Information needed to verify your identity securely may be requested. You also have the right to complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
Cookie policy
Cookies and local storage are ways to store information on your device. This website does not use visitor analytics tools, advertising cookies or tracking services.
We only remember that you dismissed the cookie notice when you select “OK” or “Save choice”. The localStorage entry nlv-consent contains the notice version and the time of your choice. It stays in your browser, is not sent to the server and contains no contact details. This choice does not give permission for advertising or for processing a contact enquiry.
Your choice is recognised for 183 days, approximately 6 months. After it expires, the entry is deleted on your next visit and the notice appears again. You can delete it earlier through your browser’s site-data settings. If storage is disabled, the website remains available and your choice is not remembered for your next visit.
You can reopen the settings using the button below or the footer. If optional services are added, this policy will be updated and any required consent will be requested before they are activated.
Terms of use
Information and application descriptions are for general guidance and do not replace project-specific planning. Specifications, prices and schedules are agreed separately. A message or meeting request does not place an order, accept a quotation or confirm an appointment.
You may read the content and share links. Reproduction of protected text, logos and design elements requires the rights holder’s permission, except where permitted by law. Malicious interference, unlawful messages and spam are prohibited.
Technical errors or interruptions may occur. Use our direct contact details for project information. External links lead to websites with their own terms. These terms do not restrict rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.
Updates
This page is updated when services or data-handling practices change. The date appears at the top. Additional information is provided for material changes where required. A new use requiring consent is not activated simply by changing these terms.
